Hey Mate!
Here's Your Answer
The bliss solitude is seeing the beautiful Daffodils that brought a sense of eternal pleasure to Wordsworth.
This takes place the following way-
Once William Wordsworth and his sister dorothy were roaming around in a forest and they came across many Daffodils growing along the side of a river. The Daffodils appeared as if they were dancing in the breeze. The poet says that the Daffodils were many in number and so compares them to the stars in The Milky Way.
This made the poet jovial. Whenever he recollected his memories this made him happy.
