Some people believe and blame girls for wearing shorts and tight jeans so that can attract boys towards them and that's why it happens to them.

Some people believe and blame boys that they don't have any good manners, they don't have good perception to see the girls and girls have full rights to wear whatever they want to wear as according to their comfort.

But the question is what about those small girls which also get physically abused at a very young age. and about boys, there are many case in which males also get physically abused.

Well, it's neither because of boys nor girls. It's because of our media. It instill bad value system in our society. It tells boys that having girlfriends is cool, to have physical relation with girls is cool.

It tells girls that if girls wear Indian culture dress like kurta/saree, then that girl is categorized in so called Bhen-ji type.

Whether it's about the an advertisement of dew or a face wash. It represents advertisements in such a way that girls are object of enjoyment to men which is such a shame for girls. God created both girls and boys with having equal repect but this media is corrupting our mind to think boys that women/girls are the object of an enjoyment and it educates young girls/women that be an object when you are acting like a object of sensuality otherwise you are just bhenji-type girl.

Our education system is creating us money making machine. It never teaches us how to think. School just upload geography, physics, chemistry, etc. but never teaches the values which are necessary to live life like respecting girls, dealing with lust , controlling the mind etc.

I'm not saying that education system should not teach us counting, alphabets etc. what I am saying is we should educate our brain as well as our heart to help and serve others, to respect girls and women both equally...
