The human body is a good conductor of electricity. Under the influence of an alternating current, the electric charges inside the body move back and forth at the same frequency as the field (60 Hz). In other words, the field produces weak electric currents in the body. As soon as exposure to the field ends, these weak currents stop. The body does not accumulate any current.

These microcurrents are generally imperceptible because they are not strong enough to excite nerve and muscle tissue. They are even weaker than the natural currents produced by your heart and brain. For example, under the influence of a magnetic field of 0.15 µT, the average level found in homes, the microcurrents produced in your body are about 5,000 times weaker than your body's natural currents.

Answer:

Magnetic field is all around us. There is no escape from the magnetic field. Even our earth is a big magnetic and its magnetic field is so powerful that it moves our compass needles and directs animals who uses biological compass like migrating birds, bats, and other animals.

That huge amount of magnetic field can't harm the human body.

But if we charge proton and electron particle with high power then it causes magnetic field which may cause blood cancer.

In 2010, the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection or ICNIRP concluded that the people living near high powered Tesla range, they are affected by its magnetic field and it causes blood cancer.
