HEY!!!!!

Yes the end is justified in the poem The Frog and the Nightingale because ---

The Nightingale didn't have self confidence. She was a creature who could be easily influenced. The frog was cunning and took advantage of nightingale's foolishness. This resulted in her death.
One should have self confidence in one's own abilities. If we lean on someone and get influenced ,it will only harm us in the long run.
So this also happened with Nightingale.

Hope This Helps You!

  • You can say that you would rather take the longer route and achieve your goals, instead of relying on short cuts. Shortcuts can be risky and lead to a lot of trouble in the future, since the positive result gained by following shortcuts might not be long lasting.

..

  • In the context of the poem “frog and the nightingale”, the nightingale is immediately flattered with all the attention and she falls prey to the frog’s manipulation. She has no self-confidence and is convinced that the frog is Mozart, who can help her sing better. Whereas, in reality the frog only took advantage of her which led to her untimely death.

  • The nightingale instead of putting up performances in front of other audiences for money, should have spent time practising independently and making her voice stronger.

  • In support of your point you can give further examples, such as if a student is not well prepared before a few days before his exam, he should spend the available time in studying rather than following a shortcut method of may be cheating to gain a good score. This shortcut method is not only risky, but will prove disadvantageous for the student in the long run.
