Hola !!!!

Here is your answer
====================

When you will dip a red litmus paper into vinegar, the colour will not change, it will remain the same as red litmus paper changes into blue when added to a base. So there will be no change of colour in red litmus paper.

When you will dip blue litmus paper into vinegar, the colour will change from Blue to red, as vinegar being an acid will change the colour of blue litmus paper to red.
