Answer :-

No , it is not completely factored form of the expression.

The complete factored form will be as follows :-

 p^4 - 16

It can be written as

 => (p^2)^2 - (4 )^2

It is on the formula of

\boxed{(a)^2 - (b)^2 = (a + b) (a - b)}

Here , a = p² and b = 4

Again it can be written as

 => (p^2 + 4) ( p^2 - 4)
