cell membrane is the outer layer of the cell which as a protective layer of cell.
membrane will not allow any particles inside it.no fluid from cell cannot go out.no dust particles can come inside.only removing of waste materials from cells will allow membrane to open.

The cell membrane is composed of many substances which are collectively described in what's called the Fluid Mosaic Model.
It mostly comprises of two layers of a membrane called a phospholipid. Phospholipids have a hydrophillic head and two hydrophobic tails.
They are layered in this fashion:
0

0
Then there's cholestrol. It helps maintain fluidity and regulate communication across cells.
The proteins enable the selectively permeable nature of the membrane by only allowing some substances to pass through.
