Election to the President of India is carried out by Election Commission of India. This is indirect election unlike election of American President. Article 54 of The Constitution of India provides for the electoral college for election of President.

Electoral college for election of President of India consist of :

Elected members of Loksabha
Elected members of Rajyasabha
Elected members of State Legislative AssembliesElected members of Legislative Assembly of Delhi & Puducherry

It means following members are not part of above college
