Hello Mate,
Article 124 section (1) and Amendment act of 2008 states that there shall be a Supreme Court of India consisting of a Chief justice of India (CJI) and 31 judges including the CJI. Article 124 section (2) states that every judge of the Supreme Court shall be appointed by the President by warrant under his hand and seal after consultation with such of the judges of Supreme Court and of the High Courts in the states.....

- The High Court consists of a Chief Justice and other judges. There is no fixed number regarding the judges of the High Courts. The President may also appoint a qualified person as an additional judge in a High Court for two years.
- The number of total judges sanctioned in these high courts are 1079 of which 771 judges are permanent and remaining 308 sanctioned for additional judges. As of 21 September 2019, 419 of the seats (about 39%) are vacant.
