what is the concept of malnutrition and minimum calorie requirement in rural and urban areas for class 7.

Malnutrition means lack of proper nutrition ,says balanced diet.
In rural the calories requires is 2400 calories per person.
In urban the requirement is 2100calories/person.

A question arise in your mind that why in rural areas calories requirement more???
Because the peoples in rural areas do more physical work.

The level of malnutrition is mainly experienced in rural areas than urban .This is because those in urban centre are knowledgeable on food nutrients than those in rural.

The minimum calorie required in rural is higher than in urban region .

This is because they need more energy to work
