  • Conjunctive tissues can be either Parenchyma or fibrous.
  • The conjuctive tissue is a parechymateous cell which lies between the xylem and phloem.
  • Parenchyma conjunctive tissues are thin and soft which occurs in monocotyledon stems such as gingers, corn etc Where as the fibrous conjunctive tissues are thick and harder which occurs in dicotyledons such as beets and monocotyledon stems such as bamboo and agaves.
