Firstly, there is no need to consider H2O because it contains only one Oxygen atom. Now consider O3 and O2. In O3 molecule, an interesting phenomenon occur i.e. RESONANCE. As we know that the bond order of O2 molecule is 2 and in O3, bond order can be calculated by

Bond order = total number of bonds between two atom in all resonating structures / total number of resonating structures

Therefore, B. O. of O3 =3/2=1.5

Now from bond, we can easily predict the bond length order (Higher the bond order, lower is its bond length).

Correct order of bond length of O-O is O3>O2
