Answer:

P = Q

Step-by-step explanation:

I am using A in place of theta

In case of set P

sinA - cosA =√2cosA

sinA = cosA(√2+1)

tanA = √2+1

A = arctan(√2+1)

in case of Q

sinA + cosA = √2sinA

cosA = sinA(√2 -1)

tanA = 1/(√2 -1)

on rationalising with {√2+1) we gat

tanA = (√2+1)/(2-1)

tanA = √2+1

A = arctan(√2+1)

thus we can see that both P and Q have same set of solutions and each member of P is a member of Q and vice versa

so P= Q
