What is the current if 4ohm and 2 ohm resists are connected in series and 6v potential difference is applied ?

As The resistors are in series connection,

Thus,

R(net)=R1+R2

=>Rnet=4+2 ohm

=>R net=6 ohm

We know,

V=IR

=>I=V÷R

=>I=6÷6 A

=>I= 1Ampere (ans)
