De Broglie wavelength=0.2×10^-10m

Explanation:

v=10%c

=10/100×3×10^8

= 3×10^7ms-

me=9.1×10^-31kg

wavelength=h/mv

= 6.626×10^-34/9.1×10^-31×3×10^7

=6.626×10^-34/27.3×10^-24

=0.24×10^-10

or

=2.4×10^-11m
