what is the default location for saving the address list​

In short - the default contact folder is contained in the "DATA FILE" set as the default for the profile, not which <Email Account> is set as the default. To change the <default data file> go to OL menu --> File --> Account Settings --> Data File tab and select which data file you want to set as the default.
