plasma is the fourth state of matter. it is the state which is found in abundance in stars.
it is practically a cloud of electrons and positively charged atomic nuclei. when matter is super energetic the electrons aren't able to stay in their orbits and fly off from their orbits. hence they float around while being surrounded by their respective atomic nuclei
hope this helps

Plasma is the fourth state of matter. Many places teach that there are three states of matter; solid, liquid and gas, but there are actually four. The fourth is plasma. To put it very simply, a plasma is an ionized gas, a gas into which sufficient energy is provided to free electrons from atoms or molecules and to allow both species, ions and electrons, to coexist. i hope this helps u!! mark as brainlist!!!!!!!!
