What is the difference b/w solid and liquid NaCl??? Plsss answer fast!!

The difference between solid and liquid NaCl is:

1. Solid NaCl is compound whereas liquid NaCl is a mixture.

2. Solid NaCl doesn't have ions whereas liquid NaCl has ions. When we add sodium chloride to water, the electrostatic force of attraction between the sodium and chloride ions break and their free ions are produced.
