what is the difference betbeen a healthy person and a disease free person

a healthy person is stated healthy in mental, social, and physical well-being that is the complete fit person. whereas a disease free person can be free from disease but may or may not well from mental and social point of view. so a healthy person is always free from dieseases but a disease free person is not always healthy.
