What is the difference between a crochet and a quaver? How is it different in piano?

Answer:

Crotchets stands for One Beat and Quaver are clapped for Half Beat

So,

Crotchets are called "Quarter Note (1/4 of Semibreve)"

Quavers are called "Eight Note (1/8 of Semibreve)"

Just try to clap for these different notes for any song and you will know the difference between them.....
