What is the difference between afferent process and the offers the process taking place in neuron???

Afferent neurons carry sensory signals from the body to the brain, they can be considered the “input” neurons for the brain. Efferent neurons on the other hand, are the brain’s “output” system and carry signals away from the brain, such as those directed towards the muscles in the body.
An easy way of remembering this is that many words in the English language beginning with the letter ‘E’ designate some type of outward motion, for example; exit, escape.
