Yes we can say that they are same. ailmentary canal starts from mouth and ends at anus. in most of the parts of ailmentary canal digestion takes place, but in long intestine absorption of water etc takes place that's why our stool is hard. digestive tract is also included in ailmentary canal. about 85% they 're same.
