2+(2×3) can also be written as (2+2)×3
Still,the answer is 12.
3×(2×3)=18
= (3×2)×3=18
- The above is called Associativity of Multiplication .
- It holds true since even if brackets are changed ,value remains same.
7-(4-3)= (7-4)-3
Here ,LHS=6 ,BUT RHS=0
- The above is called Associativity of Subtraction.
- It doesn't hold true for the same .
- This is because values from both sides are changed.
