Hello!!
BUDDING
> Budding doesn't occur in all plant species. Budding is when the mother plant begins to produce a clone of itself alongside itself, there forever producing two genetically identical plants, but one will be older and thus larger. It is then possible to separate the new plant from the mother plant and then to grow them separately.
VEGETATIVE PROPAGATION
> Vegetative propagation is when you take some vegetation that is leaves, and apply conditions to it so that it will root and become another separate plant.
>It is easier to vegetatively propagate new plants which are identical in genetics to the original plant.
Hope it helps..!!
