Caenocytic is when nucleus divides in a cell making it multinucleate but cell doesn't divide
syncitium is when two cells fuse to form one giant cell... which has more than one nucleus
both have a difference.. the first there is only one cell having many nuclei and second two cells fuse so there is more than one nucleus
