What is the difference between Conductors and Insulators?

in conductor it is a allows electricity to pass...
ex: cooper is a good conductor of electricity..

In insulator it do not allows heat to pass..
ex: wood

THE MATERIALS WHICH ALLOW ELECTRICITY TO PASS THROUGH THEM ARE KNOWN AS CONDUCTORS. 
THE MATERIALS WHICH DO NOT ALLOW ELECTRICITY TO PASS THROUGH THEM IS KNOWN AS INSULATORS.
