I'll write it as short points because short points can be easily learnt.

fundamental rights - 1) Fundamental Rights and Legal Rights.
2) They are legal rights and are protected by an ordinary law, but they can be altered or taken away be the legislature by changing that law.
3) It is refer to those rights that are God-given and inalienable.

constitutional rights - 1) constitutional rights are those rights that are positively granted to a people by their government. 
2) They are not innate rights; instead, they exist only so long as the governed consent to be ruled.
3) Any other right provided in the constitution that is not within Part III such as the right to property (Article 300A) is a constitutional right.
