* in a democratic government there is election held every year while on the other hand in non democratic government there is hereditary power.
*in a democratic government there is no permanent leader while on the other hand in non democratic government there can be hereditary rule.


from A democratic rule a citizen expect the following values :
1. the leaders provide a method to deal with differences and conflicts.
2. this will enhance the dignity of the citizens .
3. there are chances that the decision are good enough
4. it is likely to respect people's own wishes and allow different kind of people to live together.
