Disguised employment means such a situation in which if certain amount of people are removed from the task , the productivity will not change and will remain the same .
Seasonal employment means such a situation in which people are employed for only a certain time period , and do not have a job security.
Example of disguised employment can be seen in construction sites
Example of seasonal employment is harvest season
