This kind of situation occurs when there is a huge unemployment and more than necessary people are looking for a job.

Seasonal Unemployment :-
A person may get job in particular seasons of an year. When a person is employed for particular seasons and then unemployed for the rest of the year. Labours working regarding a particular crop that only grows in one season of an year. This is termed as Seasonal Unemployment.
