seasonal employment is employment when a person gets a job for certain work being carried out for a season or specific time such as harvesters and threashers...

Disguised unemployment exists where part of the labor force is either left without work or is working in a redundant manner where worker productivity is essentially zero. It isunemployment that does not affect aggregate output.
