dogfish is a type of shark and is thus cartilaginous while catfish is a bony fish.

dogfish are generally carnivores and hunt other medium sized fish, crustaceans, octopus, etc while catfish are usually detritivores or consume small aquatic plants and animals.

rohanharolikar: thanks for selecting as brainliest
suchitra01: oh it's ok
