collids - 1.A Hormogeneous non - crystalline substance consisting of large molecules or ultramicroscopic particles of one substance dispersed through a second substance.
2.can form when any state of matter (solid,liquid,or gas) combine with a liquid.

emulsions - 1.A fine dispersion of minute droplets of one liquid in another in which it is not soluble or miscible.
2.Has two liquid componentsthat are immiscrible with each other.
