prokaryotic cells don't have a well defines nucleus while eukaryote have.
prokaryote dont have membrane bonded organelles while eukaryotes have.
cell wall in prokaryote made up of peptidoglycan while in eukaryotes it is of cellulose.
prokaryotes divide by binary fission while eukaryotes by mitosis and meoisis.
prokaryotes ahve 70s ribosome and eukaryotes have 80s.

pc contains single circular chromosomes while ec contains multiple linear chromosomes.
