What is the difference between Eukaryotic and Prokaryotic?

In eukaryotic cells, there is a well developed true nucleus is present whereas in prokaryotic cells, the lock well defined nucleus.

1) Size is usually small..
2) membrane bound organelle are absent .
3) No true nucleus..
4) Cell division is by simple fission..

EUKARYOTIC CELL::-
1) Size is usually large ..
2) membrane bound organelle are present ..
3) True nucleus..
4) Cell division is by either meosis or mitosis...
