Eukaryotic cells are comparatively larger in size( about100 um)
Whereas prokaryotic cells are smaller in size (1-5um).
Prokaryotic cells lack membrane bound organeles.
Eukaryotic cells have membrane bound organelles.
Prokaryotic cells do not have a true nucleus. (their nucleus is called nucleoid)
Eukaryotic cells have a proper nucleus with nucleolus.
