the constitution lays down the ' the executive power of union shall be vested in the president '.

legislative powers

the president is an intergal part of parliament.he has many powers these are some powers related to legislative powers :

1.to summon and progue the parliament.

2 . to dissolve the lok sabha .

3. nominations of MPs.

4. to issue orderinces. etc

judicial powers

the president possess the following judicial powers :

1 . to modify punishment

2. power to consult the supreme court.
