internal division means dividing the line by point which is present on the line and external division is done by point which is not present on the line

- The difference between external and internal division is just of + and - in formula....
- Internal division occurs by a point which lies on the line whereas external division occurs by a point that lies outside the line
( i didn't get what do u want to ask ..... if u wanna know something else abt this question u just come at my question )
