oils are generally liquid in state but fats can be both liquid and solid and oils are easily digested when compared to fats

There are only 2 difference between both. They are
Fats-
Tend to be solids at room temperature.
Fats is usually derived from animals.
Oil-
Tend to be liquid in room temperature.
Oil is usually derived from plants.
