Unlike, fertilizer is described as any substance (organic or inorganic), that is added to the soil, increase the yield of crops. ... Unlike, fertilizer does not provide humus to the soil. Manure is not as much rich as fertilizers in terms of plant nutrients, as fertilizers are rich in plant nutrients.

So main Difference between two fertizer is:-
Actually Fertilizers are of up Two type ,Biotic and Abiotic Fertilizer
Fertilzer like NKP ,Kalyan 05 are chemical fertilizer
whereas Manure is a Natural Fertilizer, It doesn't effect to our Environment
and
chemical Fertilizer Effect us in many ways like Polluting river,Creating a problem for ecosystem etc....
