IF ANYTHING IS FINISHED IT MEANS IT NEVER HAPPENED AGAIN AND COMPLETE MEANS HAVE A POSSIBILITY TO HAPPEN AGAIN. .

finish and complete are similar words as both have similar meanings

→ let me explain u this by an example

suppose your work is over so can say↓

★ I completed my work,
also,
★ i finished my work

→ as u can see both the sentences have similar meaning.

so both the words are similar to each other
