force is an agency (push or pull) which change or tends to change the state of rest or of a uniform motion or direction of motion of a body.
where as,
thrust is the reaction force acting on an accelerated object because of applied force.
Thrust act on accelerated object in direction opposite to applied force hence it accelerates the object in opposite directions of applied force.
(force and thrust both are SI unit and have unit N)
