*Fundamental rights are rights and freedoms guaranteed by constitutions of some countries of the world to their citizens. These rights have a legal sanction and are enforceable in a court of law.
On the other hand fundamental duty is the basic duty or responsibility bestowed on us as citizens of the country.

fundamental duty is based on accountability.

Fundamental right are right that have to follow every citizen while fundamental duties that we have to do but no pressure that we have to do it.
