g=acceleration due to gravity

G=Gravitational constant

Now

'g'=it is an acceleration produced on a freely falling body due to influence of gravity (2)the value

Of g varies from place to place.

(3)it is vector quantity

And

G=it is force of gravitation between two unit of mass at a unit distance (2) it is scalar quantity (3)the value of G remains constant every where.

Hope it helps u
