what is the difference between gram sabha and gram panchayat

Gram Sabha Consist of all adults living in an area while a gram Panchayat is elected by Gram Sabha for 5 years
Gram Sabha puts control on gram Panchayat and prevent them from doing wrong things like misusing money,etc.
