holozoic nutrition is in which the organism engulfs the food as it is . example are mammals.
parasitic nutrition is in which the organism depends upon its host for the food and takes all the necessary nutrients from the host body itself . example are ascariasis jn the gut of humans .

In holozoic mode of nutrition ingestion of liquid or solid organic material, digestion, absorption and assimilation of it to utilize it takes place. Parasitic mode of nutrition is that in which organism feeds on a living organism(host).
