Both the clouds are more or less the same but the basic point of differenceis the vertical development of the Cumulus clouds which is not there in the latter. a) Humidity is the amount ofwater vapour present in the air whereas clouds are the formation when the relative humidity has reached its 100%.

Humidity - Humidity is a term used to describe the amount of water vapor present in air. Humidity indicates the likelihood for precipitation, dew, or fog to be present.

Clouds - In meteorology, a cloud is an aerosol consisting of a visible mass of minute liquid droplets, frozen crystals, or other particles suspended in the atmosphere of a planetary body. Water or various other chemicals may compose the droplets and crystals.

Hence, this is the difference

Hope it helps
