what is the difference between in gymnosperms and angiosperms

Gymnosperms-They bear naked seeds.They produce sporophyte which carries the male and female reproductive organs.Ovules are not enclosed in ovaries.They are evergreen,woody and annual.Xylem lacks vessels.Phloem lacks companion cells.

Angiosperms-They produce seeds enclosed in fruits.Flowers are reproductive organs which carries the male and female reproductive organs.Ovules are enclosed in ovaries.They are annual,perrenial or biennial;they may be woody or non-woody.Xylem coantains vessels.Phloem coantains companion cells.
