infectious disease is cause by infection and communicable disease is cause by our communication of water , food , air etc .

FIRST OF FALL INFECTIOUS DISEASE IS ALSO CALLED COMMUNICABLE DISEASE.
So, communicable disease must be replaced by non-communicable disease for diff.
INFECTIOUS DISEASE:
1.This is disease which spread from one person to another.
2.It is caused by pathogens. (harmful organisms are called pathogens)
3.It is also called communicable disease.
4.E.g.:- Fever
NON-COMMUNICABLE DISEASES
1.It does not spread through person to person.
2.It is caused by mal or bad functioning of some organs.
3.It is also called non-infectious diseases.
4.E.g.:- Headache
