What is the difference between magnet and magnetite??plz help with 2 points at least.have exam day after tomorrow

magnetite is a kind of magnet that is natural and also attracts the magnetic substances like cobalt , iron etc...and magnet is purified i.e. it is not natural and so many chemicals are added into it ...or in other word , we can say that it is an artificial magnetite
